Shipping methods

Orders are processed daily from Monday to Friday 9:00 -17:00. Orders placed on weekends and holidays are processed on the next working day. In addition, no deliveries are made on public holidays, weekends (unless otherwise specified) and on days when our warehouse may be closed (e.g. due to inventory).

Order validity

Orders remain valid and available for delivery up to 10 calendar days from their registration.

In case the completion of the order is not possible (indicatively mentioned: inability to communicate, non-attendance for receipt of the product, non-availability of the product requested with the order) and after the expiry of this period, the order is cancelled.

Especially orders that have not been paid (for example those where the payment method is “Deposit to bank account”), will be automatically cancelled without further notification, after 10 calendar days from the date of order entry.

Estimated delivery time

The delivery time depends on many factors such as the availability of the products, the payment method chosen, the availability of means of transport, etc.

Indicatively, orders placed during working days and hours are generally delivered to the courier within one working day, provided that all the products of the order are available and the usual delivery time to the site you have indicated to us through the courier is generally one working day for the city of Athens, while for the other areas of the Greek territory, delivery varies accordingly and may reach 3 working days or more.

In areas identified as inaccessible by the partner courier company, the delivery time may be different.

Delivery time indications and availability

Please note that before you proceed to complete your order, you will find an indication of the expected delivery time for each product. The time noted is indicative and not binding and refers to deliveries in the city of Athens -while for all other areas this time is expected to be longer- and is valid under normal conditions and periods. During a period of discounts, special offers or special market conditions, the total delivery time may increase due to increased volume of deliveries or special circumstances of said period.

Finally, we should note that our company is not responsible for any delay in the delivery of your order, which is not due to its fault or due to force majeure or due to circumstances falling beyond normal daily business activity.

It is clarified that regardless of the systemic indications of availability of our online store, the final confirmation of availability is always carried out during the processing of the order and the collection of products in our company’s distribution center, where the dispatch of your order is finalized and scheduled for those products confirmed after on-site physical control in the warehouses/distribution center. If the products are not available, Smart4all Technologies Private Company reserves the right not to accept the specific order and reject the specific sale. In this case we will inform and refund the total of any consideration paid for the cancelled order.
