Warranty
The Kingsmith WalkingPad that you have just purchased, comes with a two (2) year Warranty from Smart4all International PC. Please read carefully the warranty conditions that come with the product. It is noted that Smart4all International PC provides technical support for selected Kingsmith WalkingPad products. These products have specific serial numbers and come with a Smart4all warranty form in the packaging. Smart4all guarantees that for the period of the warranty, it will cover by providing work and any parts available any damage that the product will present. A prerequisite for the warranty to be valid is that the product must be used in accordance with its intended purpose, according to its specifications and characteristics, and under normal conditions.
Commence Warranty
The warranty starts from the date of purchase of the product, which is proven by the presentation of a receipt or invoice.
The Warranty is valid as long as
- The serial number of the device is clearly visible and has not been tampered with.
- The product is transferred to Smart4all International PC laboratories and is accompanied by the legal purchase document (clearly indicating the date and type of the product) and a brief description of the fault.
The warranty ceases to apply when
- The device’s serial number has been altered or tampered with.
- The damage is the result of modifications, poor connection, poor installation or misuse.
- The damage was caused by an accident, changes in the voltage of the power grid, liquid or fire, abuse or negligence.
- Liquid has penetrated the product.
- Defects or damage to the device or its components have been caused by poor shipment or transport without proper packaging.
- There are obvious signs of dropping or tampering with the device, such as scratches, bent screws, cut wires, etc.
The warranty covers:
- Problems due to defective components or manufacturing defects.
- Problems that render the device inoperable
The warranty does not cover
- Normal wear and tear due to use on the outer casing of the device or damage caused by accidents, lightning, water, fire, or improper ventilation.
- Damage caused to the product by any adjustments or settings that do not correspond to the technical specifications of the product.
- Defects or damage from food or liquids, corrosion, oxidation or use of incorrect voltage.
- Periodic maintenance and repair or replacement of components as a result of physical wear and tear.
- Travel expenses of the technician for home repair.
- Installations of materials or equipment made by third parties not authorized by Smart4all.
Transfer terms and charges
- The transport of Kingsmith WalkingPad products to and from the laboratories for repair is made at the user’s risk and expense.
- The original packaging of the product should be used for the transport of the product, which should be kept in perfect condition to avoid any damage during transport. Otherwise Smart4all is not responsible for any damage to the device during transport.
- In the event that after a technical inspection it is determined that the damage is not covered by the warranty for the reasons mentioned above, the user is charged with the costs of shipping and technical inspection. If the user wishes to have the damage repaired, despite the fact that it is not covered by the warranty, the repair costs are borne by the user.
Miscellaneous terms
– In no event shall Smart4all be liable to the customer or third parties for any damages, including lost profits, consequential or other incidental or indirect damages, caused by the use, or inability to use the product in question.
– The guarantee is subject to the above terms of which the customer is aware and accepts.
– For any dispute arising from the present, the courts of the company’s registered office shall have jurisdiction and Greek Law shall apply.

Disposal of the device
If the product or the product packaging bears the disposal symbol, then you should not throw the product away with your household waste, but take it to the appropriate collection point for recycling electrical and electronic equipment. Uncontrolled disposal of such products may have harmful consequences for the environment and human health. For more information about recycling this product, you can contact your municipality, your household waste collection service or the shop where you bought the product.
