Product Returns
Return following the exercise of the Right of Withdrawal (pursuant to Article 3 of Law 2251/94 as in force) If you are a natural person (consumer) and your purchase is for your personal use only, then you are entitled to withdraw without giving any reason within 14 calendar days of delivery to you, by returning the product to us.
The right of refund applies if:
- the product is in its original condition, with sealed packaging, including all accessories and accompanying documents;
- your declaration is made before the 14th day after delivery to you.
Shipping expenses:
The return is done by your own means and cost within 14 calendar days (either you return it to the point we indicate, or you send it with a courier).
Verification & Refund:
If within this period the product is received by us, and after checking and verifying its good condition as described above, we will refund you in full the consideration you have paid for this purchase, in the same way as you had paid for it within 14 days from the day of receipt of the product at the latest
FOR THE RETURN OF THE CONSIDERATION in the context of a product return: In the event that in the context of the above (e.g. in the case of withdrawal), we will make a repayment to you of the original consideration, it is clarified that:
- If the payment was made by you using a Credit or Debit Card, our Company is obliged to inform the Bank of the cancellation of the transaction and the Bank will proceed according to the terms provided by the contract signed between the client (you) and your Bank. After this information, the Company shall not be responsible for the implementation of the terms of the aforementioned contract between the customer and the Bank, as well as for the time and manner of execution of the counterbalancing of the said transaction.
- In case the payment of the price has been made by cash or Bank transfer or cash on delivery, in order to be reimbursed the amount in question, you will indicate from your side a Bank account (by sending proof that you are the beneficiary of it) to which the reimbursement of the consideration for the product will be made by deposit.
Terms and conditions for the exercise of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal can be exercised no later than fourteen (14) calendar days from the receipt of the product by you to be considered timely and does not require any additional justification from you.
A prerequisite for the valid exercise of the right of withdrawal is that the product must be in its original condition, the packaging must be the original, in perfect condition, not damaged or incomplete or with obvious signs of wear and tear and all accessories, any gifts, accompanying products and materials must be included.
You should also be aware that our company is not responsible for any loss or destruction of any data stored in the returned device and you should ensure before sending the product that there is no data on it and that it is in its original / factory condition.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal:
The right of Withdrawal does not apply to cases that are excluded by the applicable legislation and case law, such as e.g. products that have been manufactured for you to your specifications and/or are clearly personalised, products that due to their nature are, after delivery, integrally mixed with other items, services that have already been performed and/or if you have obtained from us digital content not provided on a material carrier and the performance has started, products which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if they have been unsealed or are liable to deteriorate or expire soon, as well as audio or visual recordings of printer consumables, programs and software which have been unsealed.
Return due to delivery of the wrong product
In the event that the product we sent you is different from the one you ordered, you can return it within ten (10) working days from its delivery to you free of charge. The return of the product, in this case, can only be made if the product is in its original condition and with full original undamaged packaging.
Shipping costs: the return for these cases is at our own cost, provided that you have previously contacted the Customer Service Department, in order to send you the correct product.
Refund: FOR THE RETURN OF THE CONSIDERATION in the context of a product return: In the event that, in the context of the above, we will proceed with the payment to you of the initial consideration, it is clarified that:
